Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere within Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

How long will my order take to produce and ship?

Production times vary depending on the product and order size. Most custom orders are completed within 5–10 business days after artwork approval. If you need your order completed faster, please reach out to us via live chat—we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests whenever possible. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Because all our products are custom printed to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order details and proofs carefully before final approval.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the quality, please contact us at Hamiltonsales@speedpro.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your concern and work with you to find a solution.

Is there a warranty on your products?
